Tech Mahindra’s recent decision to take control over Satyam Computers will be a major step in up lifting the Indian IT industry during economic recession. Its impact will facilitate a quantum jump in Indian IT industry when Satyam scandal has questioned the ethics of Indian IT industry. Tech Mahindra can restore the lost morale and ethics of Satyam computers. We must take in to account the anxiety of students who have been selected through campus interviews! Satyam board has taken a decision not to give appointments to them during this crisis period. But Tech Mahindra sources are against retrenchment and ready to accommodate 48000 of Satyam employees totaling about 74000 employees. Tech Mahindra will try to restore more than 280 Satyam clients in United States who provides more than 60 percent revenue to the company and can create better image for Indian IT industry abroad.
